Kathy Flores is a Latina artist currently working out of Chicago, Illinois. Her work centers around bright colors and funky forms. She enjoys using colored porcelains, underglazes, and her signature clay confetti to bring life to her pots. Kathy is a self-proclaimed maximalist and often wonders if her pieces are "too much". She hopes her pieces inspire feelings associated with fruits, heat, juicy flavors, and sunny skies.
